"I came in for an oil change on my car, brought my own filter and oil. Expected wait time 30 minutes took 1 hour 30 minutes. When the employee checked my cabin air filter they broke my glove compartment and it doesn’t stay closed anymore. Also didn’t give me my leftover oil since I brought more than required. Terrible service."
