"Always friendly and communicative. I've been bringing my VW here for a few years. I no longer live in the Roseville area, but still make the effort to bring my car here for service because I know I can trust the service and count on them. There is a library, art gallery, Vernon Square, co-working space, and coffee shops all in short walking distance to spend the time during service. "Excellent service! Brought in my BMW 7 series that had a coolant leak. They found the leak in the radiator, ordered the part & was in the next day. Jared also sent me pictures of what was going on. Also my trunk would not open due to me having a stereo shop do some work. They latch broke & Bertini’s fixed it. Everyone is really nice & cares about your vehicle. Highly recommend!"

Yes, the battery was under warranty, but they provided this service one day after I contacted them and both parts and labor were covered. Your can trust them to do right by you, too!"

Jared has always been not only extremely professional but personable and so knowledgeable as well. When I pick up my car it’s sparkly clean (how cool is that?!) and I have a great explanation of whatever service or repair was needed. I won’t take my Mercedes anywhere else.
