"After dropping my car off I was told I would be updated along the repair process. After almost 2 weeks I finally received a call about the status of my vehicle. Not to mention having to make constant calls to check on the status of my vehicle. After this long and not very communicative process I came to learn that my car was not ready. Additionally, I left my car with almost a full tank and in comfort mode and received it back with under 70 miles and in sport plus mode, which gives me the impression it was driven much more than to the dealer and back."

"I will never go anywhere else other than M&L they have top notch customer service and do the job right and warranty their work. More importantly they are honest which counts most. I had a crack inside my bumper that was outside of the repair I had already paid for but the owner himself called me and told me they would replace my entire bumper at no cost to me! He could have easily just put the old bumper back on and I wouldn't have known the difference. You just don't find honest ethical companies like M&L anymore and I am very impressed and appreciative. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. If I were you I would only come to M& L for auto body repair and tell everyone you know how great they are"
