"Needed a new 12v battery for our 2018 Fusion hybrid—original was still installed 6 years later! Only wanted a Motorcraft brand again so called parts and they had 4 in stock. Not sure about hybrid battery or any codes/ computer to clear after instal so talked with Hemborg service who could take me right away and was completed a few hours later. Even found they washed the car. Excellent service once again at Hemborg."

"Not the greatest experience for sure. Took almost 6 days for a battery replacement. Exclude the weekend then it was 4 days. They did finally approve me for a 2 day rental so I can actually get around! Woohoo! It shouldn’t even happened in the first place. Car’s 2 months old! I told the service department it was a defective battery from the beginning. No way for me to tell if the dealership even replaced the battery cause they weren’t going to replace it until I requested a new $206 battery for a 56k car. Time will tell I guess. I understand the associates are just “doing” their jobs but man it would be nice if we weren’t treated as a number but more of a valued customer. Not mad…just disappointed"

"By far the best way to do certain services on a vehicle, go to the customer!! Hemborg Ford said they could go to my house or to my workplace (if I was in their range) and service my truck!! How awesome is that?!?!?! The techs were on time and finished in the time frame they indicated . They were courteous, explained what they were doing and got the job done! I call that great customer service!!!"
