The three biggest takeaways for me and this shop are 1. COMMUNICATION. Anthony would check in with me regularly regarding the status of my truck. 2. Execution. The mechanics disassembled, machined, corrected and reassembled my motor in the exact time they promised. 3. Cleanliness and performance. "Impatient, rude and lack of communication when I needed clarity about pick up times. I don't know much about vehicles so I did need a lot of help understanding what was going on. That's why it's very important to be able to trust and feel comfortable with the auto shop my car is sent to. Definitely not feeling that trust here.Wasn't my choice to come here (insurance towed it here) and in the end insurance didn't cover my issues which were Maintanence related. So if you're in the same boat, don't come here."
