"October 26, 2022: Called this service which is also known as Classic Express.Talked to Eric requesting a town car transfer on October 30th to CBX, 2745 Otay Pacific Drive, San Diego. He recognized the destination quoting me $185 plus a tip of 20%($37) total of $222.00. Called on October 30th to confirm transfer, and amount. He confirmed the time and the price as agreed upon ($222) including tip. He charged my credit card an extra $37 with no explanation. He refuses to return my emails, texts and 'phone calls. This person, Eric is deceitful and dishonest. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!"

"Great service to and from LAX. Eric the driver showed up early with the car at the perfect temperature, nice music, and water available. The car ride was very pleasant and smooth and we got to the airport early. On the way back, Eric was at the curb very quickly to pick us up, and that was a great thing now that the airport is getting busier. In the past I have used Park and ride services, but for the equivalent or less money you can get this fantastic Car Service. Zero complications.
