"I have done business with Ramona for 15 years and have overall had good experiences here. This store is under new management and I can tell they are really working on themselves to produce better deliverables and build a loyal customer base. That said, I brought my Ford Flex in to get new brakes. I was there before 7:30am and asked if they could get it done by noonand was told yes. Unfortunately, my car was not ready until 2:00pm. So it's gonna take them a little while to get things humming again but I plan to go back."

"Me and my kids have been going to Ramona Tires for probably over five years now and I have never had a bad experience. Everybody's polite, professional, they never seem to try and gouge me. Excellent service! In fact, two weeks ago, I brought my car in during the weekend for an oil and filter change. Some friends and I took our boat out and I was not going to make it back in time to pick up my car and they were closed on Sundays. They told me that I could come and get my car since I had a spare key. That way I'm not left without a car, but to stop by on Monday to pay and pick up my keys. Well, needless to say, I get very busy with work and kids and I forgot to go. The manager called me a few days later, and was kind, and joked around saying he was going to keep my keys hostage. I promised I would go pick them up and pay. But then Once again, got sidetracked with work and kids and completely forgot. Going on two weeks, he calls me once again today telling me he's permanently, keeping my keys joking around. I finally went down and paid and picked up my keys. He was so kind. Jokes about the whole thing and even gave me a discount after all of this!!! Cannot recommend Ramona Tires enough and the manager is awesome!"

"Excellent service today! They were timely and effective. I worked with Clark, he put together a nice deal on 4 tires with hazard insurance, and beat the estimate I created with Costco. The best part is, if I catch a nail or something, they fix it NOW, and wifey can go there anytime to get air put into the tires if needed. What is not to like?!?!"

"Hey everyone do you love my brand brakes straight out the box?! Ramona tires sure delivers the finest quality work. Excuse me Mr. Manager, yes I am a female however I do know what a new brake and rusted brakes look like. How dare you tell me this is what new brakes look like! And charge me for a trani exchange you never did. When I walked in the next day informing him of the issues at hand. He tells me “ you don’t have a hole in your shoe until one day you do” Maybe you wouldn’t have a hole if your shoes weren’t rusted !!! So disrespectful you charged me $687 for rusted brakes. Give me back my old ones please I rather drive on 4 year old “3%” brakes than your rusted garbage. What a eyesore on a beautiful truck. Refund now and REPLACE THIS! I’ve gone into your store two times now the whole world can not be out of stock on brakes."
