"Didn't get the vehicle we had our eyes on, apparently our car's trade in value lowered if we wanted to use it on a Nissan certified pre-owned veichle. But if we were to use it on a brand new Nissan Sentra it would go up (not gonna say exactly how much) but just know that it was enough for a decent down payment on the new car. They kept mentioning that a new car is better and idk what , it felt like they where trying to convince us that choosing the new car was our decision and were in no way influenced about it by them. Don't get me wrong , the car is alright, nothing fancy. But it isn't the one we wanted. So yeah , I hope this experience helps anyone with questions about this place."

"Avoiding this location from now on. I drop off my vehicle early Wednesday afternoon. They have the courtesy to text me Friday morning that "it should be ready today" with no further updates. By 6 p.m I'm forced to ask by text if the car is ready, to which I received a plain reply, "yes". No call, no text, no update. As self employed , I lost 3 days of work trusting this place with my fix. I call to speak to the manager and get sent voicemail. Their overall service, For lack of a better word, is trash. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND"

"Service was terrible at first. The Dealer and the extended warranty I purchased when I purchased my Maxiama were both giving a really hard time to get my car fix, Extended Warranty from Cerritos Garbage also.. Auto techs were saying one thing when I called the extended they were telling me something else. They both were very unprofessional.... At the end Gardena did fix my car."
