"Ash and Ruben from A-One Auto were so helpful throughout the whole process of having some scratches on both sides of my car reparied. When I got it back, it felt like I had a whole new car! Ruben made a confusing process easy to understand, giving me a clear picture of what my options were and how to go about filing an insurance claim. Ash went above and beyond by helping me deal with my insurance and advocating for me to them. Anytime I called, if he wasn't able to answer, he always called me back within 1-2 minutes. He even gave me a ride home all the way to Manhattan Beach from the shop after dropping my car off so that I wouldn't have to pay for an uber. I am originally from the East Coast so I don’t have a family out here in LA to help me with these kinds of things but A-One was so helpful and accommodating that it made a daunting task feel very manageable. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone I know!!"
