"I just went in there to purchase a product for my girlfriend and an older Asian gentleman with a cap as I was paying began to tell me That expressing my body with tattoos is not a way of expressing art and made a comparison to graffiti, and then begin to say that God did not create you to express yourself that way. I asked him if he was joking and he said no I’m serious and when your older you’re going to have all those tattoos and no one will respect you. Everyone is welcome to their own opinion of how people express themselves but if you’re at work why are you telling a customer your opinion of that or trying to make them feel bad for decisions they have made in their lives. As the conversation began to become more heated he started saying how he was going to call the cops and called me a satanist and a devil worshipper and a KKK I’m not joking. So I left. Never shop here unless you want the people working here to berate you and on thanksgiving no less. I suppose the gentleman working here has nothing to be thankful for."

"The night shift lady the toothless tweaked is horrible I mean one of the worst people working in customer service and along with several other local 711 employees from Monterey to sand city, I refuse to spend my money there. Actually the people who work at Marina by the Walmart are good people, but the rest of the 711 around here I pray go out of business."

"Best 7-11 in Monterey County! Coffee is always ready, food is fresh, and employees are helpful and kind! They also keep it very clean compared to others! FYI…711 by Walmart is almost double the price for everything and the one on Crescent never has coffee or fresh food, and terrible customer service. This is where you wanna go, I promise!"

"I've been going to this place for years. I will go out of my way to visit this 7-11 over any others. The staff is nice, the place is always clean, and the prices are a little cheaper than the others. Plus, they usually have good hot food."

"I want to preface this with the fact that I don't usually take the time to do this. But after my 4th consistently HORRIBLE experience, I had to. So I get it- working sucks, and so do people. But this is a customer service position. The employee working every time I have gone in there is BEYOND rude and unpleasant. She has now held me up 2 times for her own personal reasons. Like finishing the text message or whatever shes doing on her phone. While i am standing in line, clearly in a hurry. She is so rude, its shocking. Honestly disappointing considering i went out of my way to drive over there before work to get coffee this morning. Anyways. Never again."
