Open daily for dinner service, Salt Wood also offers weekend brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Guests can also enjoy Sunset Sessions from Monday to Sunday, 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM. The menu at Salt Wood is inspired by the Salinas Valley and its rich agricultural bounty, with a focus on locally-sourced ingredients and raw, cured, and wood-fired cooking styles.

"This was a last-minute spontaneous reservation so we didn't know what to expect. As we entered the facility we could hear the pleasant sound of live music and happy customers enjoying their dining experience. We were promptly greeted and seated at a table perfectly positioned to be able to enjoy the live music and the ambiance of the decor. We were extremely satisfied with the diversity and the quality of the menu, each item was plated professionally, artistically, and with great emphasis on originality and flavor. After our meal members of the management team took the time to approach us to ensure our meals and experience were enjoyable, we learned that each menu item is locally sourced and carefully hand-selected to ensure freshness and quality. We had an amazing dining experience and we are excitedly looking forward to our next visit. "We had an amazing experience, started with fresh squeezed juice, and oyster shooters. I can’t say enough the oysters were so fresh and tasty you can have a dozen in a heartbeat. We ordered the bakers Benedict and it was amazing everything perfectly cooked and the hollandaise sauce was incredible."

Talented gentleman entertaining definitely set the mood to what could be a wonderful evening out with family, friends, or a romantic date. Unfortunately, our prepared food didn't live up to the standards of such fine dining. The variety of raw oysters was fabulous, though."

"We're tourists and didn't know dinner started at 530. They shoved 6 of us at a hot bar where they were going to grill the food for the night. We decided to order a charcuterie board while we waited for 54$. IT TOOK 35 MINUTES by the time we got our board we were "allowed" to sit at our table. The board had 3 pieces of bread and no cheese for 54 dollars and 6 people! They were really forceful about us not getting a table until 530 and it was uncomfortable and awkward for us as a group to communicate. On to the food, everything was absolutely delicious."
