"Usually a long wait, very inconvenient. Today my order said it would take 3 min to be ready at 6:26am. Get to the door and there’s a sign saying the lobby would be closed til 7:20am. Now everyone has to go to drive thru. By the time I get to the window it was 6:48am and my drink was still not ready. I had to opt for a refund being that I had to be at work by 7am. I asked why the lobby was closed and the guy said only 2 people were working. Needs better management."
"This location is very convenient, but, unfortunately, if you're planning on coming here, please be ready to wait at least 15 minutes in the drive-thru for your order. I'm sure they get very busy and are doing their best, but even with a mobile order, they took upwards of 25 minutes to get to me and I still had to be parked and wait for my beverage."
