I called Big O as they were within 3 miles from my location. Carlos said they would take a look at it. This I appreciate because without an appointment you don’t just pull up and get served. After getting there Big O diagnosed the problem in a timely manner and repaired my brakes at a reasonable price. Big O is about more than tires, they offer many other services.
