"So far I'm having mixed feelings about this shop. I dropped my car off on Friday the 10th and it's now Tuesday the 14th and they're saying they need to get more parts and quote me a higher price? I thought they had checked what was needed to be fixed when I dropped the car off, not see as they go along. so for me, that just doesn't sit well. If the bill ends up being a lot more than was originally quoted, then I'm gonna have to give lower than 3 stars."

Although Imperial could not repair the issue there (requires a muffler shop) they inspected my car and explained the issue to me free of charge. Highly recommend!"
