"I just wanted to give a shout out to Ruben at the La Puente and Nogales store . I went to put oil in my car and the cap broke off. I called the store Ruben answered he got my vehicle information told me he had the cap to come on down. I got to the store and he had the cap ready. I payed for it and he went out and helped me get the broke piece out and put the new one on. Omg what a relief! Thank you Thank you Thank you Ruben Good costumer service is hard to find these days. Your employer is lucky to have you."

"Would give this place more stars but because of their point loyalty rewards system, I prefer going to O'Reilly. If the rewards program wasn't such a bad system I'd give this place 4 or 5 Stars. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They have most items in stock and I've only had an issue once before trying to find a replacement battery which they didn't have in stock. The prices are decent and competitive. I had no problem replacing a battery that was covered by warranty except for the fact that it wasn't in stock, but they still honored the warranty with no issues. They do recycle oil, and check engine lights. They don't check alternators unless you remove the alternator from the vehicle. I'm sure all the parts and tools are quality. The store hours are good. If they improved their reward system, which is a corporate issue, and improved their services, like checking alternators without removal, I'd give them more stars."

"I’ve been to AutoZone in many cities .This is my local AutoZone. I’ve been here many times and bought parts and accessories for my Acura we also have a Honda and Chevy in the family. We come here for our auto parts needs .The employees are really knowledgeable in giving you the right part, they’re also courteous and friendly. This AutoZone is fairly big and well stocked with what you may need. I had a problem with a battery that was under warranty but they could not find my name or number ,the district manager straighten that out for me real quick and I appreciate that.The parking is a shared parking lot with other businesses. The handicap stalls are at the front entrance AutoZone is open from 8 AM to 9 PM."
