They’re super thorough with the process and best of all very transparent with everything that has to do with your car. I will admit i’m not very knowledgeable when it comes to automobiles and parts but here they make it very clear what services they are doing for you. It truly feels like they’re there to help you out instead of just seeing you as someone who is going to pay them, which is how I always feel going to other mechanics in the past.
