"I’ve been coming here for most of a decade in a parade of Honda Civics. Highlights: - Great rates. I’ve cross-checked against other mechanics’ quotes many times. - Consistent honesty and frankness. Can’t tell you how many times they told me an expensive problem was actually another, cheaper problem. They also end up coming in under estimate about 1/3 of the time. - Reasonable speed. Understandably not the fastest when they’re busy, but usually same-day unless it’s something dire. - Vague bedside manners. They don’t give you a ton of info unless you ask, but at least you can trust it in my experience."
