"By far the best body/paint shop I have been to in a long time. It seems good customer service is hard to find these days. With most stores and services you feel like just another dollar sign to the company and are handled by some kid that doesn't care about their job...NOT the case at Northbay. I wanted my motorcycle parts painted and Pal worked very hard to match the color I requested looking only at a picture of a harley I found online. The paint turned out great and I couldn't have asked for a better job. Pal (the owner) and his wife are very friendly and even asked how my vacation was when I returned to pick up my parts. If you want to be treated like a long-time friend, instead of just another number, I wouldn't go anywhere else."
