"Nice work and I was happy to catch them on one of their special priced days. Basically if you got the ceramic tint on one car you can get free tint on another. The second tent was non-ceramic. We ended up with ceramic on two cars but got a discount of $100 and the job was well done and gets a lifetime warranty. I'm very pleased."

"Their attention to detail is lacking. I had two of my cars tinted here and they left stickers, old tint, and even worse…. razor blades in the back seat. Thankfully I found them before my kids did. I had to have my front windshield re-done because it wouldn’t adhere to the defroster portion. Luckily Jet Black re-did it free of charge due to their lifetime warranty. They’re responsive and quick, but that’s about it. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone else."

"Here is my experience: 1. Quality is bad (see attached pictures); tint is not covering the whole window, looks so bad when you partially open the window. 2. People there misled me and gave me the wrong information to do business, they tried to sell me the ceramic, and I was fine as long as it's better than the normal tint, the guy there told me that the brand they have is the only ceramic tint brand in the market, which I discovered later that it's not true. 3. They had a BOGO promotion if you upgrade to ceramic, and I was completely fine, and instead of doing two front windows, I did the whole car except the windshield. 4. I spoke to the sales person and I asked him to take the tint off and return my money back, and he refused, I spoke also to the district manager on the phone asking for the same, without even doing my other car, but he also refused, and he started yelling and shouting at me, and even THREATENING me not to post any negative review. Is this how they run their business and deal with their customers after service? By threatening them if they post their real experiences online? So if you want to deal with honest and respectful people, and get a professional service, you may probably need to consider other places."
