"STAY CLEAR OF PREMIER! Paid these guys $1,400 to fix a rattling noise. Got my car home, and it's still making the same noise. They said to bring my car back so I did. They charged me another $800 and did not fix the noise. I brought my car back a third time and they informed me they didn't have the correct tools to fix the noise I already paid them over $2,000 to fix. Now I need to bring my car to another shop after paying Premier $2,000+. We have been loyal customers of Premier for many years but do not recommend them to anyone after this horrible experience."

"I was in town when my battery went out on me and Premier Auto Services was able to install my battery with short notice. They were great and highly recommend."

"$1140 total for both visits 1st visit it took 2 weeks to get a quote for belt and gasket work. after 4 calls i finally got a quote which was +$400 than initially estimated. owner honored the initial estimate but the car STILL has a squeaking problem after a short drive. 2nd visit they were able to slot me into a spot fairly fast. this visit was to double check the front suspension work due to a knocking and reinstall rear stock suspension. car went in with good alignment. when the job was completed i was told everything in the front checked out and was secure. as i was pulling out of the parking lot there was rattling from the rear right and steering alignment is off at the 1 oclock position. if there was no work done to the front, the alignment SHOULD NOT be off. i went back around and asked about it. staff member told me the rear right strut was slightly damaged. within 2 days the front suspension started knocking again and both rears are rattling. just a few days later my awd and traction control is malfunctioning. at this point the car is pretty much UNSAFE to drive since the car wonders left and right on every bump. how a shop can release a car back to a customer like this is beyond me. might be looking into renting a car while the car in a reputable shop for full repairs."

"I had Nick install a catback exhaust for me today. The service was great and the rates were very reasonable. Nick did some excellent work, getting to my car as soon as he could and he even let me know that my brakes are going to need new pads soon while he was putting the catback on which I really appreciated. I will be returning soon to have my brakes done as well. I highly recommend this shop."

"Word of advice if you have issues with this shop. Contact the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Automotive Repair. This shop couldn't perform a simple brake job. The car was given back to me squeaking and they refused to fix it unless I give them more money for labor. Apparently they warranty their work, but it's a complete lie. The customer service has been terrible and they are not taking responsibility for their labor and parts. It appears the labor was not performed correctly. I took my car in for a routine brake service including 4 new OEM rotors. I was quoted at one price, but when I picked up my car they had only done the front rotors and pads. They told me that I was misquoted and I had to pay extra to do the rears which I did. Once all 4 rotors and pads were on, I picked up the car and thought all is well, but there was a loud brake squeal. I thought it would go away and maybe the new brakes had to break-in, but it just got worse. I took my car back in to Premier so they could check it out. All they did was a visual inspection and said the rotors were glazed which could be causing the squealing. They offered to charge me to replace the pads again but said it may not fix the issue. I asked them if they actually took the wheels off to determine if the labor was done correctly, and they said there was no reason to. Now I have to go to the dealership to have this addressed, as this could be a potential safety issue as well."
