"This is the slowest service I have ever received. I had an appointment for 12:45 and it took one hour for the check in process to be completed after they tried to sell me one of their packages. And then proceeded to tell me that he wasn’t sure if my car would be completed for an oil change and tire rotation by end of day (5:30pm). The service consultant was kind. Was informed he would call us and inform us when the car was completed and we never received a call. We were proactive and arrived back to the dealership at 5:30 and was told it was done while our receipt said it was done at 4pm. It then took another 30 minutes just to check out, pay, and get my car. If you’re going to get any service done here make an early appointment and plan to not have your car for the entire day."
