"Good service, I had to wait a while for them to show up but I think it is part of the business. Quoted two separate price for the same job, apparently because of the drive time (distance is the same). The only problem that I wasn’t ok with is that they called me several days after the service was done and ask for money. I was quoted $451 but I only had $400 cash with me. I paid $400 cash and offered them to pay the remaining with card or Zelle, but Nelson told me it was OK. $400 in cash was fine because it took him only 20-40min to get the job done. However after receiving a call from their office and speaking to Accountant and Nelson today for some reason Nelson didn’t want to admit or forgot what he said. Anyways I found it a bit shady but paid the amount they requested. Since I have a several trucks and thought we were gonna do business with them in the future but after this shady move I doubt I’ll ever want to call them again."

"Freightliner 2018 with DD15 engine. Radiator hose clamp failed, hose fell off, I lost all coolant and engine shutdown in 30 seconds to overheating on 580 East near Dublin, CA. Nelson arrived in about 30 minutes, replaced clamp, attached hose back to radiator, filled up all coolant, tested that everything works, and I was moving in less than 2 hours after my call. Reasonable price, can't ask for a better service. Solid five stars."
