"I've had a few experiences with Experience and in particular Ramon. Had a small bump to the car in front of me but the grill shutter and side mirror needed replacing. They did it all but the software didn't link up to the new sidemirror which turned out to be because the insurer authorized it as an aftermarket part. Experience confirmed that, liaised with the big G and refitted it. Then took it to the official dealership to get them to do the software connection and update it too. Ramon was great and always explained what he knew and what he suspected. He even topped up my tires when he noticed the tired pressure was low. Altogether a great experience and removed a lot of my worry. Great value."
