"I was at my witts end until I bumped into this place on my walk from the library. Truly. Is there a tire shortage or something? Even walmart didn't have what I was looking for. I saw the used tire sign and decided 'what the heck, i'll talk to them and see what they got'. As I walked up Ali greeted me with a friendly smile and an open demeanor. I'm used to getting the cold shoulder at car places because i'm AFAB, but Ali didn't care and was eager to help. Lo and Behold he had four lightly used tires in my exact size! he quoted me 420, so I ran and came back with my car. During my 20 minute service a lady rolled up with an expensive alignment issue and I overheard him giving her some really good advice on how to save money. Then right before I paid he dropped my price to 400!! He's not the greedy expensive tire tech we've all come to expect. He's a genuinely good guy and the crew did a fantastic job with the install. 10/10 i'm recommending all my buddies and pals go to Eagle Tire and Wheels!"
