"Ahhh mazing food, service, drinks and atmosphere. Went on a Sunday morning around 11:30. Wait was about 20 minutes for 4. Took a bit for our server to come by, but someone else came and got our drink orders. We got corn beef hash, chicken fried steak, eggs Benedict, and a senior meal for food. Bloody Mary was delicious and not spicy. The pancakes were so delicious! All the food was huge portions and so yummy! Our server, Mary was fun and attentive! Will definitely be back when I am back in town!"
"First time visitor. Was up extremely pleased with the food and service. Had the Florentine Eggs Benedict and it was delicious, had spinach instead of ham which is a veggie option. Without a doubt one of the best eggs Benedict I've had."
"This place is always the best place for breakfast. Whenever I have my daughters I take them in here for breakfast and for the 5 of us it’s only 50$ which is cheap for San Diego. The food is always amazing and fast and the service is perfect and respectful. I’m so glad they were able to move into a better location and building so they can get the recognition they deserve. Sarah waited on me and my daughters and went out of her way to make them feel special."
"The Omelette Factory surpasses any restaurant's customer service. Their manager Trish is above and beyond with caring for her customers. She stops by all the tables to ensure everyone is doing good. The food is also above average. The portions are generous and the quality is very good. We had the French Dip and the Philly sandwich and both plates were generous and delicious. If you are in the neighborhood and ready for a meal, I would definitely recommend this Santee location."
