"My 1995 Saturn SC2 failed smog. I took it to Simple Auto Repair on recommendation by A&G Smog (also a 5-star review recipient by me) expecting to get an estimate for replacing the catalytic converter (based on the numbers). Bernard suggested that I try a few simple things before doing a big repair. He was 100% invested in helping me out. I took his advice, did the few simple things, and it PASSED! As great as that is, I would be writing this even if it hadn't passed, because the best part was the respectful, honest, unselfish treatment I was given. This man knows his stuff and knows how to treat customers. And, I'm not even really a "customer", because he didn't charge me a cent! Next time my car needs work I'm taking it to Simple Auto Repair."
