"I took a hub into this shop to have the spindle and bearing pressed out and new spindle and bearing pressed back in, this was on a Friday morning. they didn't call to say they would be keeping it till Monday and when I did go pick it up the abs sensor rotor and bearing spacer was missing, I was told that it wasn't in the hub when I bought it to them, I know that it was because it has to be pressed in as well, I think it got broken when they were pressing the bearing out. There is no doubt that they lied to me. I usually don't leave bad reviews but I hope this will help someone else with their decision as to who works on their vehicle."

"After being stuck on highway 36 outside of Mad River followed up by a 12-hour towing ordeal, I had the most wonderful repair experience at Imports Auto Repair in Red Bluff. As a family run operation, the owners and repair servicemen where friendly, hospitable, and supportive to an out-of-towner who had just had a nightmarish time with the breakdown and tow service. Their work was excellent, efficient, and most fairly priced. All in all, I give my top recommendation and 5+ stars. If I lived in the area, they would be my regular shop for repairs and maintenance.
