"This place feels its customers are stupid. They don't even bother to greet you, refused to wear masks during the pandemic, ordered the wrong part (even when given the part number) and finally, today, quoted me $895 for an item (with 2 week lead time) that cost me $426 and a 3 day lead time elsewhere. Under the previous ownership, the friendly employees knew their trade, helped you troubleshoot your problem and didn't charge exorbitantly high prices. I have talked with several others, who also wanted to support their local businesses who all feel the same way and have taken their business elsewhere. This company, at least under this ownership, will not survive with this attitude."
"I had a really good experience with the people here they were super helpful and guided me thru everything and helped me in my first trailer experience I’ just bought my rv and I’m new and she was so patient with me , the owner gave me a book and explained so much to me she guaranteed that the hitch was goin to pull my fifth wheel and it did , I was able to bring it from Washington all the way to willits California , if the ratings had 10 stars I would highly give 10 stars thank you so much for everything !"
