"My family and I went to dine at 1561 Beaumont 2/16/24 at 6:15pm. As soon as we arrived an employee walked over to the restroom and never came out. My 7 year old urgently needed use the restroom. Apparently according to the staff it is customary for employees to take their breaks in the restroom. I was rudely informed that as employees they have the right over customers to take breaks where they see fit, when all I asked was if my daughter could please use the restroom. We ended up taking our dinner home. My children were so dissapointed. Once home we realized we never received our children's gatorade drinks. We're good people. It's sad being treated poorly when we always practice kindness"
"I drop in once in a while and don’t really know some of the sandwiches by name. When I ordered and misnamed the sandwich, the server was quick to to correct me and said that “customers are ignorant and don’t read the menu” I forgot my glasses and couldn’t see.. besides that little fact, calling customers ignorant isn’t very nice Carlee."
"The staff was so friendly. They were very busy with orders and they made sure I got my food and made it back to work on time. Thank you for the delicious sandwich"
