"This one is right at the border of Mexico in Otay. Looks like it was recently remodeled. I found the place clean, plenty of automated menu boards to place your order if you want to minimize your human interaction. The order was ready in record time, was accurate, and tasted as expected. For a McDonald's, it was a 5 star experience"

"Everything was nice, specially the food, except for Pablo who refuse me to enter the powder room. The employees should realize that they are not God and can not refuse anybody the usage of the bathroom. Should they do so, then the corporate office and the health department will be notified and the health department inspector will have a holiday in giving out citations."

"This location is awful. Came in people sleeping on the tables , No where to sit .Managers don't care people putting on make up in dinning room and not even buying food there was a lady shaving razor left on one of the tables It was there for over 15 min staff would just walk passed it and not care I had to call the Manager over and it still took a few more minutes for them to remove it .If you can avoid this place. Go across the street to Carl's JR"
