"Rude employee. I haven't been to the food court in a while and didn't realize things had changed (no signage). I got in line to pick up pizza I ordered and felt like a hotdog, so I tried to order, and all the girl could say was, "I don't have a register" so I asked if I was supposed to get back in line and all she could do was repeat I don't have a register. This was at about 3:45, middle line 2/18/24, which is apparently just a pick up line now. All she needed to say was I'm sorry, sir,but this is a pick-up only line and I don't have a register and give me the options. I was not aware that you were supposed to use the self-service registers out in front."
"Soda machines routinely watery, area is not cleaned well, overpriced food ($10 roast beef sandwich), no more combo pizza or acai bowls, they attracted worse customers/members since COVID."
"Long lines. Call to order pizza no answer. Come to pick up pizza. They say fifteen minutes. I told her I called. She says 15 minutes. If they would answer the incoming calls my pizza would be ready. Bad service have someone answering phone or have extra pizzas"
"I’ve been a long time Costco food court visitor. Last week, I experienced the rudest, most unhelpful employee at this food court . I have two toddlers that usually split a slice of pizza. Generally I will ask if they can slice it in half for me. In all of my years of Costco trips, I have NEVER had an employee deny slicing it in half for me. Not only was “Franchesca” unfriendly and rude, she also refused to be helpful. She flat out told me “we don’t do that here”…….. whaaaaaat? I’ve had this done every single time I buy a slice of pizza for my kiddos . When I informed her that they’ve done it for me before she proceeded to give me one of those flimsy plastic knives………… Had to cut it with that and well it was a mess. Anyways ……: I then asked if they could just put the strawberry only on top for my ice cream Sunday. Guess what her response was? “we don’t do that either”.……never coming back tho this Costco."
"First time using the La Habra food pizza court, I called him. I order about 4:45 PM. They said it’ll be ready by the time I get there at 5 PM when I finally received it at 5:30 it came to me Burnt. I heard one of the employees ask about the pizza that was given to me about tossing it out now I. See why ."
