"Tonight, I was invited to eat at Vinnies by a buddy and his group. I was told the food was good. Reality check, my friend apologized about the disgusting “lasagna” and abysmal service I experienced. I ate 2 bites and told my friend I can’t eat another bite of this horrible dish. The best lasagna around is at Roma Cucina in Fullerton. This was not as good as any frozen lasagna out there. This lasagna had an awful taste that I can’t describe. I do not like leaving negative reviews unless it was an awful experience. This is one of those cases. To make matters worse, when the waiter came up to ask if we wanted our dishes packaged to go I told him that my lasagna was the worst ever, and not edible. If the waiter were a pro he would have cone by mid service to ask how our food was, I would have told him to remove my dish but he never showed up till the end. This untrained waiter didn’t even offer to not charge me because I didn’t eat but 2 bites. Folks, stay away from this dump. It’s not a true Italian restaurant. 1 star is too high for this eatery."

"Went Vinney’s for the first time 02/09/2024. For me it was a disappointment. I was excited because I love Italian food. But the first thing I noticed was if you’re not a regular here, you get put on the back burner. It was probably 20 minutes before we finally got our appetizer but the regulars that came in after us got theirs right away. My food must have been dropped on the floor or something, because while I was eating I kept biting into something that felt like sand. It was like being at the beach and getting sand in your food. Another disappointment was that my dish was supposed to have one meatball and one Italian sausage. I got two meatballs. For $21.95 it should be as described. In my opinion, the food is only mediocre and it’s expensive. Maybe they were just having a bad night. I would go back and try it again except for one thing. Something happened to my food and it had dirt or sand or something got into it and they still served it to me. I believe they knew about it and was hoping I wouldn’t notice."

"Delicious little pizza spot in La Habra. They have delishes pastas, pizzas, salads, and entrées worth checking out. I highly suggest checking it out and asking for extra sauce to enjoy the delicious crust they make. We enjoyed Vinny's Deluxe Pizza with a side of soup and salad. Very delish!"

"It was our first time at Vinny's, the food and service was awesome. The quality of food was excellent, we tried several different dishes. The pizza was one of the best we have ever had. Must get is the submarine sandwich, got a small and wish we got the large. We are huge salad eaters and the antipasta salad didn't disappoint. Looking forward to going back soon."

"This unassuming place is delicious. There is a reason they are rated so highly. Everyone gushes about their pizzas - as they should. But where they really crush it is with their made from scratch homemade soups. Their Italian Wedding soup will change your life. Granted results may vary."
