"I would not go to this McDonald's! As the staff at the front counter can not even take a simple order ! I tried to order 2 Egg Mc Muffins with Sausage 2 for $6. Was told there was nothing like that and again the 2nd and 3rd time I tried again and finally had to point it out on the Menu board and then I asked for a $1.49 value drink and then she pointed all 3 sizes of cups out and said what size. Stating there no such thing as a value drink and again I had to point to the menu board. I finally had enough and just walked out without purchasing anything and went to Burger King. This woman had no clue of what is going on why would you even have someone working the front counter like this and she's getting paid $20.00 per hour because of Gavin Newsome Governor of cailf What a Joke. She shoud be picking up trays and cleaning tables and studying what for sale. Now we all have to suffer with poor service and way over priced menu's at these fast food places especially McDonald's! This is the second McDonald's in a month that is terrible. I give up."

"Seriously..... I order a strawberry shake & this is what you gove me!!!! IF THE MACHINE ISNT WORKING RIGHT THEN TEACH YOUR YOUNG EMPLOYEES TO SHOW YOUR CUSTOMERS SOME RESPECT BY MAKING THEM AWARE OF SITU INSTEAD OF JUST GIVING US SOMETHING THAT WASNT ORDERED & EXPECT FOR US TO PAY FOR OR SETTLE FOR THAT KIND OF SERVICE. "Finally tried the “new” Deluxe Crispy Chicken sandwich. Flavor was ok but meat too dry for my taste. The size of the patty was generous and Not much to say about it only that there are much more better options out there for this type of sandwich. There was basically just one server, very polite though, taking orders and bringing them to the tables. Definitely they need more people."
