"They took a secons to respond and their quote was like 300 more than state farm per 6months and it had a lower deductable. Edit - my girlfriend catalina called and was called back around 20 minutes later. I know what a deductable is, and statefarms rates were 300$ less with a 50 dollar more deductible."

"This was a good company years ago. Now their customer service is awful. Waiting on hold for 30 minutes just to be disconnected. Completely defeats the purpose of using a local insurance company."

"Not especially welcoming from the very beginning, as you enter the office and approach the unattended desk there is a conspicuous sign stating they “refuse the right to refuse service to anyone”. This is next to a gigantic welcome sign. How unnerving. I waited so long, I pulled up a chair. What a mistake to try to get coverage over the phone for my Toyota when my hearing is impaired. They fixed it, much to my relief. I do not know why they did not listen to my words when I told them to NOT renew the truck’s insurance for now and to just renew my Toyota. For some strange reason they did the opposite and it caused me to lose income as well as the anxiety of having to drive an uninsured vehicle to take my daughter to and from school. I EMPHASIZED that I hardly drive my truck, I use my Toyota to earn income. At least it was fixed quickly."

"Had a policy for years. Switched to automatic payment. I started receiving past due text messages so I called to make sure automatic payment was set up. I was told that it was and that the company sends out mass texts and to disregard those texts. I was told I wasn’t taken off their list yet. I just got a cancellation notice and I called and my policy has been cancelled since July. It is September. Now there is nothing the company can do? I talked to the owner Pamela and she took no fault whatsoever. She said that her computer program canceled tell me if I’m on automatic payment?? So I have been driving without a license unbeknownst to me and they take Zero responsibility. Now I’m at risk of a suspended license."
