"Im not sure what’s going on at this store. Every time I order something from this location they always miss something. Last time it was my guacamole this time it was a whole side order. Do they not know to check the order ticket? The store on tapo canyon has never left anything out. I don’t know if the don’t care about customer service or employees are just not interested in doing their job. This is the last time I’m ordering from here. Ever since they change management it’s been downhill for this location."

"Once again rude people taking orders. Seen numerous reviews about this. Ordered 2 classic tostada bowls. Literally 1st ingredient in chicken. Guess what both of them didn't come with... literally making it clear will never go back to Simi one.... Rude and no chicken for both bowl. I threw away and wife made dinner... U owe me 21.00 let me know how you wanna go about this?"
"It’s a good place, but people that have just come in after they pick up their food they then sit in their car for a half an hour with their headlights blaring on you while you’re trying to eat inside the restaurant. Thanks for blinding me. This happens too often."
"Everything was great until I got my food. The amount of chicken I got on my Double Chicken Bowl was sad. I tried complaining to get more chicken, but they refused. I separated the chicken from the rice and the beans to show them the portion, and they still refused. Gave them two chances, so I requested my money back. The manager took it personally and started being rude. It's not your chicken, so ridiculous to act like it is. She tried refunding me for the bowl only, which makes no sense since I have to go to another restaurant. I can't take food into a restaurant from another restaurant. She told me to throw the food away. How dumb, instead of giving me another scoop of chicken, she made me waste my lunch time and throw away food. Never eating at Pollo Loco again."
