"When they first opened up it was great. But my last two times there they didn't get my order right (I always pick up). And every time I noticed the same person whom I'm assuming is the owner seems in a bad mood. Customer service has always been good but consistency not so much. Probably my last time..."
"Im giving it a 1 because of the service. My and my grandma were getting pizza to take home and the cashier said "Alright, we'll call your name in 20 minutes! " 40 MINUTES goes by, about 7 people have walked in after us and have been served and we haven't. We get up and ask for our pizza and her response is, "oh, its been ready. " terrible service, never going back."
"We love to have Pizza here, the salad bar is 5 star, fresh and kept clean, the Pizza is a 4 star but one of the reasons we love to come here is the Manager has put together the best group of young men and women to work here, so polite, so helpful and friendly, if we're going to dinner we like to tip those who deserve it and these young men and women deserve it. Overall this Round Table Pizza is doing things right and we love it."
"Decided to stop by this new location. It's modern interior and clever signage, makes this establishment rather appealing. So far my go to pizza choice is the BBQ chicken. They offer a lunch special Monday thru Friday from 12 to 3. You can get a personal size pizza, salad, and a drink. I was disappointed that I was not told of this deal at the time of ordering. I saw the sign as I was getting into my car to leave."
"First time at a Round table pizza, and have to say I'm a bit surprised how good it is. I don't know what I expected but it was a great experience. The restaurant is super clean and nice. Great service to help us build a pizza. Nice and well filled salad bar. I'm coming back, that's for sure!"
