Del Taco

"the food is good but you need to be clear with them what you want. I have had many orders from them over the years get screwed up because someone had selective hearing. and if you want your taco's or burritos to be hot when you take them to go you need to order them well done or you will get cold food."

"I go to this del taco quite often because it’s so close to where I live. Recently there’s been a new employee who goes above and beyond. His name is Mario I believe. Anyway, he’s always smiling, cheerful, very polite, will double check to make sure he got everything right. He makes the drive thru experience as delightful as it can be. The rest of the employees are also nice but if you ever come by here and happen to have the pleasure of being served by him you will remember this review and know it was him."

"Went on Thanksgiving Day to feed the kiddos before our evening feast. The drive through staff could not have been more upbeat and friendly. Was not expecting that on a busy holiday. We had a large order and they mailed everything. Nothing was wrong or missing. Food was light-years better than Taco Bell and have definitely missed have Del Taco after moving out of Cali. Recommend for quick fresh tasting Mexican food."

"You know it’s unfortunate when you go to a place and spend your hard earned money to purchase food for your family and get mistreated. I drove through the drive thru to place an order. The worker was so rude. The man in the picture said her name was Joana and his Gabriel. He also told me he was the manager. Well Joanna was very rude, rushing me, sighing as I placed my order as though I was inconveniencing her. I asked for her name at the window and the other manager told me she didn’t know her name. That was that… made it home just to not have all of my order and had to drive back. This was probably a case of “NO BLACKS ALLOWED;” At least that’s how it made my family (who was also in the car) and I feel. Some stuff is ridiculous and that entire staff needs to be retrained and taught morals and character. Del Taco on Enchanted Way in Simi Valley is disgraceful, WHO laughs at a customer who just made a complaint. That’s demeaning and I’m not going to stop here I’m going to share this reverie to every Del Taco from here to Los Angeles. That was so disrespectful."

"Drive thru definitely gets busy especially during the lunch rush. Lots of parking available and decently well kept inside. Located right off the freeway, so easy to get to or a quick stop wherever you’re headed. It’s fast food, don’t have your standards so high. They have a lot of options available."
