"Horrible experience with online order. Tried to order a couple of tennis racquet grips online 1.5 hours before I was going to be in the area to pick them up. I went in and they were not ready for pick up, so Kenny at the front said to just go grab them and they would take care of it at check out. Carlos in check out did not take care of it as Kenny said he would. He did not cancel the online order. He just checked me out as if there were no online order and charged me more than the online order. I told Kenny how his directions were inaccurate and he just wanted me to go back to Carlos, who did not seem to know how to handle things. Kenny offered to try to find a manager but indicated that it might take a while to find one. I was in a hurry and could not wait. Kenny then started shouting inane, gratuitous platitudes to me as I left. They don't need a greeter that is unable to provide customer service, they need a manager or assistant manager at the front to provide the customer service that their employees are unable to provide. It's now over three hours after the order and it still has not been pulled. And the store was not busy. Miserable experience that I had to pay extra for"

"Employees in the shoe section took around 20+ minutes to try and find one pair of shoes that they previously verified they had in the size I asked for. There’s two of them, it’s not busy, and I saw them in the back texting and chatting while I waited. I typically don’t care to leave reviews but I felt like I truly wasted my time. Edit: after waiting 30minutes one employee came up to me and asked me, again, if I needed help getting a size. I showed them the shoe I wanted and they simply said “we don’t have that”. I asked for another two shoes and they said no without checking their mobile checkers. At least two were in-stock as per the in-store portal; they didn’t want to check honestly. I didn’t want to make a scene or say anything so I left. I understand needing to be patient but man I feel like I COMPLETELY wasted my time."

"I'm giving this place five stars after my first visit there because of the manager Ben whom helped me during my visit. I showed up to this store for a pair of shoes that their website said they had but upon arrival the associate in that department was unable to find and said we don't have it. I explained my situation to Ben he was very apologetic and suggested that he might be able to find the shoe even though the associate wasn't able to which he did. Not only did he find the shoe but he gave me a discount on them for my troubles. Total class act and a very nice gentleman. I believe his ceiling with the company is as far as they will take him. Great manager and employee from my experience right there. Thanks again Ben!"

"This branch is good for to collect sporting clothes. More t-shirts, long sleeve shirts, hoodie and extra. Some are price down without price-sticker. I think stocks of cleats, shoes and size of uniforms are not enough."
