"Compliments to Dani for her excellent service at the New Balance store! She took the time to understand what I was looking for in exercise shoes and offered a number of suitable choices. Dani was rather a consultant who took interest in me--and not your typical sales person--which I very much appreciated. So, I ended up with a nice pair of shoes, which fit well my relatively wide feet, and a good feeling about my experience at this store! I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. Two years later (February 2024) I went back to this store and here is my review: This time, I was assisted by Jessica, who patiently explained to me the purpose of different designs and found a suitable pair of athletic shoes within my budget. My accolades go to Jessica for a consultative approach and excellent customer service."

"As a family we went to this store on Sunday (May 28). It so happened that my wife accidentally ran into the (floor to ceiling) glass window that had no markings on it. This was purely accidental. Not blaming the store for it. Her nose got hurt and she bled profusely right outside the door of this store (she walked out the moment she saw blood). Not one person from the store bothered to ask how she was doing. Not one. We were right in front of that the main door for at least a half hour trying to help her stem the bleeding. The inhumanity of the people at the store was stunning. What happened to common decency to stop by and ask how she was doing? One friend commented that it was a mistake to walk out of the store. Making them to cleanup a messy floor would have taught them something. Incredibly disappointed with the staff of this store."

"I'm very picky when it comes to shoes... They have to look good and feel good and be at a good price or should I say value... I like to get them on sale or at the factory outlet stores for value but some stores and outlets don't have a good selection and on a good range of sizes. This store gets 5 stars because they checked all the boxes ;) including good service."
