"If you need over the top experience, definitely come here. Manny, made sure I was taken care, after I was going back and forth with another location about a return because I was given the wrong shoes. He without a doubt went out his way to make sure I was able to return the shoes. He even made a call to the other sales rep. to make sure I got the proper assistance. So with that being said to avoid these problems just make sure to visit this location and ask for Manny. He definitely knows what it is to offer excellent customer service and make sure the customer is happy."
"I would rather give this a zero star review but nonetheless, I got shoes yesterday from this place and I came back the following day to return some shoes that were in perfect condition still and he refused to help me with that. He was saying they were worn when they already came like that... I would just like a refund you scumbag. Zero stars."
