"Update. Was told my boots would be done with the tough toe Saturday. Was told they would not call me to let me know that the boots were ready to be picked up. Went to pick them up the Tuesday after and they went not done. Horrible customer service. I picked up a second pair of boots after dropping them off and was not called but the boots were ready. Very good work was done."
"When my friend and I came in here looking for work boots, the staff was very helpful and friendly. It can be spooky walking into a boot store as a female, so we were quite relieved everyone was so down to earth. I would prefer the company lay off with the whole scan-your-feet-thing. Since a lot of us blue collars know our boot size and already see a foot doctor, we don't need insole recs."
