"SHOE GURU!!! Ecco shoes are high quality and worth the price. I've routinely shopped at the Ecco Outlet in Camarillo for almost two decades and have always been satisfied. But yesterday, I had an unforgettable experience worth mentioning in a review. Outlets are places where one cannot expect the highest customer service. The idea is the prices are lower, and you wrestle with the elements, finding your size and putting it on with little help from the staff. But this wasn't the case yesterday. A sales representative, Phillip, took me under his wing and guided me through what was available in my size. He went far beyond my expectations, cleaned the Ecco Track boots I was wearing, and researched the product best for the leather. I've been buzzing with the desire to tell another shoe enthusiast (fanatics like me) about this unusual experience of customer care and satisfaction, which I can't recommend enough. Shoes are crucial to foot health, and walking is vital to the heart, muscles, and joints. Ecco takes that seriously with unique and comfortable designs. I own about 5 pairs—golf, hikers, boots, and casual shoes. He also gave me fashion feedback. He made my shopping trip a phenomenal experience and with his help, I’ve refurbished my golf shoes and achieved a better fit in my hikers.
