"I was shopping for boots. I gathered about 10 styles from the sale rack, which is supposed to be self service. When the size didn’t fit me right, the salesperson immediately found me another in the size I needed for that style. When I settled on a style, I was picky about one aspect of one boot. She brought out all of the boots in that size and color, so I could take home the ones I liked best. It was raining and I wanted to wear them out of the store. She sold me waterproofing spray, and sprayed them for me before I left."

"Sole Desire Shoes offers premier women's retail footwear. Whenever my wife and I are in Montgomery Village, she likes to stop by their store at this location and look around. She told me she likes their shoes because they are very comfortable. The concept of offering European style comfort in shoes started back in 1990 for Sole Desire Shoes. This is a family business known for quality and service. The layout of this store is very appealing. The manager was very nice and answered any questions I had about the store."
