"Took my trade in, got there and one tip out wouldn't work. They stated it would take thousands to fix it. Then the found something else wrong with my trade in. Told me they couldn't give me what was agreed upon. Not even half. Then they stated bank wouldn't approve us for the loan we already had. Told us they could show us ones we could afford. Was not what we wanted. Had no choice but to take it. We drove 3 hours there and paid for the RV to be towed there. Then we have had problems with the rig. Only had it for 2 weeks. Will not deal with Gander/RVs com again."
"This has been a nightmare from the moment I took it off the lot. Trailer is falling apart, heat didn't work, and more issues. A year & a half later, I'm 20K upside down, and they didn't cancel the Good Sam membership like I called and asked them too, so now my bank account is overdrawn. I will never recommend them..."
"These were the nicest bunch of people I've ever worked with. My sales person was Nate. He bent over backwards to get everything I needed when I purchased my travel trailer. Brandi, the finance manager had everything ready when it was time to sign papers. There was no pressure or hard sell. The service department helped me move things from my old rv to the trailer. They even installed my tv. Yes, I had to drive 4.5 hours to get there, but it was definitely worth the time. Thank you Gander RV for such a good purchasing experience."
