"Management has got to train the employees to call help to the front when there are plenty of customers at the register. One of the quickest ways to lose a sale is to have customers unnecessarily waiting at the register, ready to pay, and only one employee is checking out. It's even more disheartening when other employees are near the register "straightening product" instead of jumping in and assisting. Once corrected this would easily be a 3-4 star establishment."
