"My kids have been shopping at this specific location for 8+ years, never had a problem I needed some new shoes in wide. I checked the website prior to my visit for wide shoe availability at this location and they had a few in stock. They employee there told me they didn't carry wide size but maybe if I looked I might something that might fit. She knew absolutely NOTHING about the product of the store she works in and was not very friendly or customer service oriented. I honestly felt like she wasn't interested in helping me because I was not a young person. Very disappointed."
