"Absolute joke of a store? Who even knows whats customer service anymore? I guess shortage of workers is leading to bad customer service. I bought shoes as a gift that was left in box and never tried on. The manager who had brown/black hair and a beard claimed that were worn and that I was lying and told me I could get 0 refund. So I guess I was sold shoes that were worn and was set up to lose. It blows my mind that the manager belittled me and threatened to call security because it was "policy." There is a reason Nike and Adidas sell of their website and these business like Foot Locker are dying. I can't believe they have employees that treat people like this. Not to mention the other girl laughing and thinking this was a joke. Do not go here unless you want to get scammed, you're better off with a return policy from Nike or Adidas than this place."

"My daughter wanted the all white air force Nike's for her 16th birthday . she's a 4th of July baby so It took her to the foot locker which was a good experience they had good music and display set up was organized and the staff was fast and friendly . made sure everyone was helped."

"Just drove 2 hours to pick up shoes I’d won in a raffle on the app. When we arrived, we were coldly informed that the store hadn’t received them and to call customer service to get my points back. I don’t really care about my points! As a customer, I care that my time and money (gas, mileage) were wasted due to incompetence of employees at this store to call raffle winners and inform them that the product wasn’t actually received! So freaking frustrated with the fact that my name, email and phone number are provided for purposes of pick up but weren’t used in the event the shoe was never received by the store. Such poor customer service on Foot Lockers part. Don’t go here if you expect to be treated right."

So many employees and only one polite person, everyone else look at you weird and barely wanna help. Skip it, spend your hard earned money somewhere else."
