"The lady worker did not give me a refund on 2 beach umbrellas I had purchased 10 minutes ago. She used the small “no refund” sing they has on the front of the non working register as a reason to not process my refund. The sign was covered by a long roll of receipt not given to customers. And said there were more “no refund” signs around the store, when I asked her to point to them she said she didn’t know were they were, but they were some were. Bad experience!!!"

"I agree with the people who had a terrible customer experience at this store. I don't know if the lady I dealt with was the owner or the manager, but she was awful. I will never go to this store again. My son bumped into an ornament and it broke. It was an accident and the ornament was hanging in a spot that was easy to bump it. She was mad and very rude to us. She told us that we had to pay for it and to wait for her to get another one. We stood in the store waiting for at least 10 mins, maybe more. I couldn't believe how rude and terrible she was."
