"The worst customer service experience ever. They verbalize one thing and then turn around and take it back. The lady is the most disrespectful person. She'll pretend she doesn't understand you and then ignore you. For as long as this place has been here, I'm surprised it's still here."

"Got there before closing, worker came over and locked the door and they they were closed. When I showed her the time, she claimed they close earlier than what the door says..."

"I came in to buy my usual 10 or so shirts every year or so. I grabbed two shirts of the same color, one in a tall one in a regular. I walked towards the fitting room, and she told me I could not try them on. So then it occured to me that I would just buy both shirts so I could try them both on and see which one I wanted. Well, she refused to let me try them on even after I offered to pay for them and wanted me to wait in line to pay for them before I tried them on. I told her I wanted to buy 10 shirts and wanted to make sure it fit properly, and she refused to, i told her repeatedly i would pay for both shirts plus the ones i wanted to buy and still nothing she was very rude and demanded I not try them on. I walked out and didn't buy anything."

"Every time I go they are very limited in sizes. I ended up going to the swap meet in Costa Mesa that’s held on the collage campus and could not believe the amazing selection of sizes . Not to mention Dickies are 10 dollars cheaper at the swap meet."

"Back in the day it was a great store, with good value and good selection. Now they never have my size with a decent selection. All the other sizes will have a 4 to 8' span of different colors and when you ask the attendant if they have more in my size, they just say it's a popular size and that's all they have. So why don't you order more and have a larger selection for the popular size? I'm a size Large regular, so what's so difficult about keeping that in stock? Also, they always seem to be rude and unappreciative when I show up with my kids, it's like the horns come out when they see children walk through the door. They need to take retail management 101 and get better customer service, but they've lost me as a customer."
