Round Table Pizza

"I placed an order on the phone at 10pm for a small pep. Pizza it says online they don’t close until 11pm everyday except fri sat 12am and I show up at 10:20 exactly when they said it would be ready in 20 minutes and the whole place is closed lights off nobody answering the phone and this isn’t the first time this has happened never go to round table in Napa they went downhill years ago waste of time especially disappointing when I just got off work was excited they were the only place open so late"

"I had a horrible experience on December 6. I had ordered two pizzas for my son’s special birthday for delivery. We waited over two hours for our pizzas to be delivered. I called the store and they let me know that they had sent a DoorDash or when the DoorDash arrived, he had the wrong pizzas. We called Round Table and kindly asked them to send us the right pizzas or for them to give us a refund. They told us that the manager was not there and they were not able to issue us a refund. I have been trying to get a hold of them to get my refund for three days now and have been unsuccessful. The manager on duty was rude , and very unprofessional."

"I ordered a pizza online and waited over an hour.. called and it goes to a call center .. I tell them my situation and they transfer my call to the store. They told me my pizza was out for delivery and should be there soon.. ok, that’s fine.. another 45 minutes go by and I have to call again… same thing, call center and transferred… a very rude woman answered and I politely asked if there was a problem because I still hadn’t received my pizza. She rudely says, nope.. it was delivered and I say, no.. ma’am.. it wasn’t.. and all she kept saying was yep.. and I’d say.. umm.. nope… no apologies or anything. I tell her that I wanted it refunded back to my card and she said,… yep. Ok.. and hung up… I can’t believe that is how calls are handled now and it’s sad. Round table is a very good quality pizza, but this was a big disappointment in costumer service . I went in to the actual restaurant a few days later and ordered in person and waited.. I recognized the woman’s voice from the other day. She was rude to a lot of customers picking up pizzas and was bragging about not having to take calls anymore and how it goes to a call center now… i understand things get busy and sometimes places are under staffed. But, this was ridiculous."

"Horrible dine in experience avoid this location. Besides the pizza being burnt and the wings not good. The soda was flat and tasted like diet not regular. The ranch from the salad bar had a weird look and taste. The men’s bathroom was clean but smelled nasty. I asked the manager to turn on the tv for us he never came back. I eventually gave up on the whole experience. I ended up spending about 140+ dollars for a couple pizzas wings and beer never going back. It wasn’t round table quality."

"Absolutely cannot remember when I was in a Round Table Pizza in the last twenty years, but today at the Napa Round Table Pizza on Solano, I had a combination, extra toasted thin crust, medium pizza, and it was fresh, fresh, fresh, properly baked, and delicious! Trafton was the chef who prepared this pizza, and it was terrific!"
